Switching Your Current TELUS Account to the Bombardier EPP

If you are a current Telus customer on a regular consumer plan and want to take advantage of the employee rates, you can possibly migrate your existing line at a small cost

Requirements for the Corporate Plan Transfer:

1. Commit to a new 2-year term, by renewing your contract and upgrading your phone.

2. Validate your eligibility using your official Bombardier employee email (e.g., typically ending in @bombardier.com).

Fees and Balances for Account Migration

• One-Time Fee: Telus assesses a one-time $50 fee per user specifically for switching account types (Consumer to Corporate EPP).

• Device Buyout: Any remaining device financing or outstanding balance on your original consumer contract must be paid in full on your subsequent Telus invoice.
