Switching from a Current TELUS Consumer Line
If you are currently on a standard TELUS plan, you can easily migrate to the better EPP rates:

Migration Requirement: A migration requires an eligible new 2-year term, typically paired with a device upgrade or contract renewal.

Administrative Fee: A mandatory, one-time $50 account migration fee applies when switching from a Consumer to a Corporate (EPP) billing category. Any outstanding device financing on your old contract must be paid in full on your next bill.
