Already a Telus Customer but not on EPP?

Switching Your Current TELUS Phone Line to the GardaWorld Plan

If you are already a Telus customer on a regular plan and want to switch to these better employee rates, you can easily move your phone line over.

Here’s what you need to do:

1. Renew for 2 Years: You must start a new 2-year agreement (by renewing your contract and upgrading your phone).

2. Verify Your Job: You need to show us your official GardaWorld employee email (e.g., your address ending in @garda.com) for proof or a GardaWorld Employee Badge or a Pay Stub

Costs for Switching Account Types for Existing Telus Clients on Non-EPP Accounts

• One-Time Fee: Telus charges a single $50 fee per user to change your account from a regular consumer account to the corporate employee plan.

• Phone Payoff: If you still owe money on your current Telus phone, you must pay that remaining balance in full on your next bill.
